Terms of Rental:  

• The house is intended for max. four persons (for example two couples or a family with two children)
• The entry should take place between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. (afterwards an additional fee of 10 EUR will be charged) and should be vacated at the very latest by 1:00 p.m. (unless any other arrangements have been agreed)
• Unfortunately pets are not allowed

Prices:

1. Price per day (max. 4 persons): 70,00 € (minimum price for the rental of 2 nights);
2. Price for only one night: 80 EUR
3. Agency price (min. 30 days/year): 50,00 €

The rent includes the costs for water and electricity

Reservations:

Reservations are accepted for a minimum of two nights of accommodation.

The reservations should be made at least eight days prior to the planned stay. Please specify the date, the number of nights of accommodation and the number of persons when making the reservation. 

As soon as we have received advance confirmation by e-mail, we would kindly ask you to pay a deposit of 20% of the overall amount.
The reservation is only fully confirmed once the above-mentioned deposit has been paid.

Cancellation Policy:
- Fully refund if the cancellation is made 15 days earlier;
- Cancellation between 15 and 7 days: the value of the reserve is reverted to a future stay;
- Cancellation less than 7 days: no return of the deposit except in cases of major force and properly supported.
