  • 1st tour..... farther but better road if the base-line is Lisbon
  • 2nd tour.... shortest way starting from Coimbra
  • 3rd tour .... from Coimbra to Arganil faster and better landscapes; from Folques to Fajão, (22 km) with spectacular views of mountains but time consuming.

We also advise the following tours:

  • Walk around the mountain (visit caves, tables and benches carved into the rocks with wonderful views)
  • Walking tour to « Ponte de Fajão » (approx. 25 minutes) (10 minutes by car) and bathing in Ceira river, with clear water (one of the few rivers where trout fishing is still wild)
  • Visit by car to "PIODÃO village " (30 minutes by car)
  • Visit the Santa Luzia's dam (20 minutes by car)
  • Visit Vidual, Janeiro de Baixo, Fraga da Pena, Mata da Margaraça, Cerdeira, Arganil, Góis, Coja and many others where nature prevails through valleys, mountains and rivers
